四川綦江奸民穆繼賢仇殺貴州仁懷武生趙應彩，遂糾眾踞方家溝為亂，伊里布率提督余步雲、布政使慶祿等破其巢，斬獲千餘，誅賊首穆繼賢、謝法真等，餘匪悉平，賜雙眼花翎。 At Qijiang in Sichuan the outlaw Mu Jixian murdered Zhao Yingcai, a military licentiate of Renhuai in Guizhou, then raised a gang and seized Fangjiagou. Yi Libu led Provincial Military Commander Yu Buyun and Provincial Administration Commissioner Qinglu against their stronghold, killing or capturing more than a thousand men and executing the leaders Mu Jixian and Xie Fazhen. The rest were pacified, and he received the double-eyed peacock feather.

十八年，仁懷奸民穆繼賢糾四川綦江匪肆劫，遣兵與川軍會剿，焚其巢，首從並就殲擒。 In the eighteenth year (1838) the ruffian Mu Jixian of Renhuai rallied bandits from Qijiang in Sichuan for widespread robbery; Zhangling sent troops to join Sichuan forces, burned their hideout, and killed or captured leaders and followers alike.
