時自成將馬進忠、王進才既降复叛，據岳州，令博爾輝率師討之，次臨湘，擊敗其兵。 Li Zicheng's generals Ma Jinzhong and Wang Jincai had rebelled again at Yuezhou; Boerhui was sent against them and defeated them at Linxiang.

進攻岳州，進忠、進才走長沙，逐擊敗之，其將黑運昌以舟師降。 At Yuezhou the rebels fled to Changsha; he pursued and broke them again, and their admiral Hei Yunchang surrendered his fleet.
