癸亥，前開封縣令路延規除名，流沙門島。 On guihai Lu Yankui, former magistrate of Kaifeng County, was struck from office and exiled to Shamen Island.

先是，延規有過停任，有司召延規宣敕，延規拒命，為憲司所按，故有是命。 Earlier Yankui had been suspended for misconduct; when summoned to receive an edict he refused, was investigated by the censorate, and received this sentence.
