寿光年可百五六十岁，行容成公御妇人法，常屈颈鷮息，须发尽白，而色理如三四十时，死于江陵。 Shouguang lived perhaps a hundred and sixty years, practiced Rongcheng's sexual yoga, and hissed through a crane neck until hair went white while his face stayed thirty; he died at Jiangling.
