且蘭君恐遠行，旁國虜其老弱，乃與其眾反，殺使者及犍為太守。 The lord of Qielan feared that if he marched his warriors far from home, neighboring states would prey upon the elderly and weak left behind. He and his people therefore revolted, killing the Han envoy and the Grand Administrator of Jianwei.
