給事中劉光三奏廣東匪徒立會滋擾，鴻賓疏陳：「無三點會名目，惟搶劫打單，勒索民財，根株未絕。 Supervising Secretary Liu Guangsan memorialized that Guangdong bandits were forming societies and causing disturbances. Li Hongbin replied: "There is no society called the Three Dots. There are only robbery and written threats extorting the people's wealth, and the roots have not yet been cut.
