詔命陜西行省左丞相禿魯總統張良弼、脫列伯、孔興各枝軍馬，以李思齊為副總統，禦關中，撫安軍民。 An edict ordered Shaanxi left chief minister Tolu to take overall command of the branch forces of Zhang Liangbi, Toliber, and Kong Xing, with Li Siqi as deputy overall commander, to defend Guanzhong and reassure troops and people.

思齊等皆不奉命。 Siqi and the others all refused the command.

是歲，詔分潼關以西屬李思齊，以東屬擴廓帖木兒，各罷兵還鎮。 That year an edict divided the region west of Tong Pass to Li Siqi and east of Tong Pass to Köke Temür; each was to cease warfare and return to his post.
