二月壬寅朔，詔削擴廓帖木兒爵邑，命禿魯、李思齊等討之，詔曰：「擴廓帖木兒本非察罕帖木兒之宗，俾嗣職任，冀承遺烈，畀以相位，陟以師垣，崇以王爵，授以兵柄，顧乃憑藉寵靈，遂肆跋扈，構兵關陜，專事吞並。 In the second month, on the new moon of renyin, an edict stripped Köke Temür of his fief and title and ordered Tolu, Li Siqi, and others to campaign against him. The edict stated: "Köke Temür was not of Chaghan Temür's lineage; he was made to succeed the post in hope he would carry on the legacy, was given the chief ministry, raised to the military command, ennobled with a princely title, and entrusted with the command of troops — yet he relied on favor and then acted insolently, raised armies in Guan and Shaanxi, and devoted himself to annexation.

今禿魯、李思齊，其率兵東下，共行天討。」 Now Tolu and Li Siqi shall lead troops east and together execute Heaven's punishment."

是月，大明兵至河南，李思齊、張良弼等解兵西還。 That month Ming forces reached Henan; Li Siqi, Zhang Liangbi, and others disbanded their armies and marched back west.

李思齊次渭南，張良弼次櫟陽。 Li Siqi encamped at Weinan; Zhang Liangbi encamped at Liyang.

李思齊、張良弼會兵駐潼關，火焚良弼營，思齊移軍葫蘆灘，調其所部張德斂、穆薛飛守潼關。 Li Siqi and Zhang Liangbi joined forces garrisoned at Tong Pass; fire burned Liangbi's camp; Siqi moved his army to Hulu Beach and deployed his subordinates Zhang Delian and Mu Xuefei to hold Tong Pass.

大明兵入潼關，攻李思齊營，思齊棄輜重，奔於鳳翔。 Ming forces entered Tong Pass and attacked Li Siqi's camp; Siqi abandoned his baggage train and fled to Fengxiang.

李克彜棄河南城，奔陜西，推李思齊為總兵，駐兵岐山。 Li Keyi abandoned Henan city and fled to Shaanxi, acclaiming Li Siqi as overall commander and stationing troops at Qishan.

是月，李思齊部將忽林赤、脫脫、張意據盩啡，高暠據武功，李克彜據岐山，任從政據隴州。 That month Li Siqi's subordinates Qolin Či, Totoγan, and Zhang Yi held Zhouzhi; Gao Shao held Wugong; Li Keyi held Qishan; and Ren Congzheng held Longzhou.
