定番州屬姑盧寨苗視險強肆，廣泗與無黨遣漢、土官兵三千餘，分道毀寨搜箐，擒其渠老排，十餘日而定，上褒其妥協。 Miao of Guluzhai under Dingfan relied on difficult ground and raided boldly; Zhang Guangsi and Wudang sent over three thousand Han and native troops along separate routes to raze stockades and comb the ravines, seized their chieftain Laopai, and restored order within a fortnight; the emperor commended their measured conduct.
