忻城土縣外八堡有劇盜曰藍明星，恃險焚劫。 Outside the eight forts of Xincheng native district a notorious bandit named Lan Mingxing used the rugged country to burn and plunder.

行義檄副將畢映捕治，明星遁入山，搜捕得之。 Xingyi ordered Brigade Commander Bi Ying to hunt him down; Mingxing fled into the hills but was found and captured.
