十年，寶源局監督張仁政因侵蝕畏罪自盡，命瑞常偕尚書沈兆霖按之，得前任監督奎麟、瑞琇贓私狀，並論大辟，追贓後遣戍。 In 1860 Zhang Renzheng, superintendent of the Baoyuan Bureau, killed himself after embezzling funds. Rui Chang and Minister Shen Zhaolin investigated and found that former superintendents Kuilin and Ruixiu had also embezzled; all were sentenced to death, and after restitution the survivors were exiled.
