詔命陜西行省左丞相禿魯總統張良弼、脫列伯、孔興各枝軍馬，以李思齊為副總統，禦關中，撫安軍民。 An edict ordered Shaanxi left chief minister Tolu to take overall command of the branch forces of Zhang Liangbi, Toliber, and Kong Xing, with Li Siqi as deputy overall commander, to defend Guanzhong and reassure troops and people.

脫列伯、孔興等出潼關，及取順便山路，渡黃河合勢東行，共勤王事。 Toliber, Kong Xing, and others were to go out through Tong Pass and, taking convenient mountain routes, cross the Yellow River and advance east in combined force to perform the king's service together.
