其明年，淮南、衡山、江都王謀反跡見，而公卿尋端治之，竟其黨與，坐而死者數萬人，吏益慘急而法令察。 The next year, traces of rebellion by the kings of Huainan, Hengshan, and Jiangdu appeared. The dukes and ministers pursued the leads and prosecuted the cases through all their associates; tens of thousands were convicted and died, while officials became more harsh and urgent and the laws more searching.
