舊高麗使至闕皆有私進禮，大定五年，上以宋、夏使皆無此禮，而小國獨有之，不可。 Formerly Goryeo envoys always presented private gifts upon reaching the capital. In the fifth year of Dading, the emperor said that Song and Western Xia envoys had no such practice while a small state alone maintained it, which was unacceptable.
