Li Bi, Duke of Zhao and Grand Minister of the Masses, became Grand Preceptor; Zhao Gui, Duke of Nanyang and Grand Director of Ritual, Grand Tutor and Grand Chancellor; Dugu Xin, Duke of Henei and Grand Marshal, Grand Protector and Grand Director of Ritual; and Hu of Zhongshan, Pillar of State and Grand Marshal.
