及有歸秦、劉廣之亂，方立見潞帥交代之際，乘其無備，率戍扶徑入潞州，自稱留後。 During the rebellions of Gui Qin and Liu Guang, Fangli seized the interval when the Lu commander was changing hands, caught the city off guard, marched his garrison forces straight into Luzhou, and proclaimed himself acting military governor.
