及城陷，瑞昌先舉火自焚，闔營次第火起，同死者，杭州副都統關福及江蘇糧儲道赫特赫納以下男婦四千餘人。 When the city fell, Rui Chang was the first to set himself ablaze. Fires rose one after another through the garrison quarter. More than four thousand men and women died with him, including Deputy Commander Guan Fu and Jiangsu grain commissioner Hetehna.
