二十年，偕副都統關福赴塔什圖畢治墾務，闢田十六萬四千馀畝，奏請置回千戶及五品伯克以下官。 In the twentieth year he went with Vice Commander-in-Chief Guan Fu to Tashitubi to direct reclamation work, opened more than 164,000 mu of farmland, and memorialized the throne to set up Hui thousand-household units and officials from fifth-rank bakhshi down.
