七年，偕副都統富尼善往貴州按事，劾巡撫常明鉛廠之弊，褫職治罪，即代署巡撫。 In the seventh year he went to Guizhou with Vice Commander-in-Chief Funishan to investigate, impeached Governor Chang Ming for abuses in the lead mines, stripped and punished him, and immediately acted as governor.
