丙寅，中京置國子監，命以時祭先聖先師，癸未，以隋王仁先為北院大王，賜御制誥。 On bingyin day the Directorate of Education was established at the Central Capital and seasonal sacrifice to the Former Sage and Former Teacher was ordered; on guiwei day Prince of Sui Renxian was made Northern Court great king and granted an imperial drafting edict.
