馬邊、峨眉嶺諸夷結梁山生番盜邊，積偕提督丰紳由馬邊三河口鑿山深入，克六拔夷巢，遂出赤夷間道，進攻嶺夷十二地。 Tribes around Mabian and Emei Ridge allied with Liangshan aborigines to raid the border. Ji marched with Regional Commander Feng Shen from Sanhekou at Mabian, cutting a path deep into the mountains, seized six Ba Yi strongholds, then slipped through a Red Yi trail to strike twelve Ling Yi settlements.
