建武元年，赤眉賊率樊崇、逢安等共立劉盆子爲天子。 In Jianwu's first year the Red Eyebrows, under Fan Chong and Feng An, enthroned the boy Liu Penzi as emperor.

然崇等視之如小兒，百事自由，初不恤錄也。 Yet Chong and the others treated him like a small child; in a hundred affairs he had a free hand, and at first they did not bother to restrain or keep a record of him.

其後遂破壞，崇、安等皆誅死。 The regime soon fell apart, and Fan Chong, Feng An, and their fellows were put to death.
