乙辛不得逞，謀以事誣皇后。 Unable to have his way, Yixin plotted to frame the empress on a false charge.

后既死，乙辛不自安，又欲害太子。 Once the empress was dead, Yixin grew uneasy and turned his mind again to destroying the crown prince.
