至道三年四月，尊太宗皇后李氏為皇太后，宰臣等詣崇政殿門表賀皇帝，又詣內東門表賀皇太后。 In the fourth month of Zhidao 3, 997, Empress Li, consort of Emperor Taizong, was honored as empress dowager. Chief ministers went to the gate of Chongzheng Hall to submit congratulatory memorials to the emperor, then to the Inner Eastern Gate to submit congratulatory memorials to the empress dowager.
