明道二年，尚書議莊獻、莊懿太后升祔，省官帶內外制、兼三司副使承例移文不赴。 In the second year of Mingdao (1033), when the Department deliberated enshrining Empresses Dowager Zhuangxian and Zhuangyi, provincial officials who concurrently held drafting posts and Three Departments vice commissioner titles sent documents under precedent and did not attend.
