高祖崩，宣太后與舍人蔡景歷祕不發喪，朗弟曉在都微知之，乃謀率其家兵襲臺。 When the Founder died, Empress Dowager Xuan and the secretary Cai Jingli kept the death secret and did not announce mourning. Lang's younger brother Xiao, who was in the capital, learned a little of it and plotted to lead his household troops in an attack on the palace.
