〈（《宋史·段思恭傳》：隱帝蝗詔遍祈山川。 (《Song History·Biography of Duan Sigong》: Emperor Yin's locust edict ordered prayers throughout mountains and rivers.

思恭上言：「赦過宥罪，議獄緩刑，茍獄訟平允，則災害不生。 Sigong submitted: "Pardoning faults and forgiving crimes, deliberating on prisons and easing punishments—if prison cases are fair and even, then disasters will not arise.
