妃家悲念，其兄瑀諸處求訪，垂六七年。 Her family mourned her loss; her elder brother Yu searched for her everywhere for nearly six or seven years.

後潞將入官於朝，妃之鄉親頗有知者，瑀見潞將，欣歸之，時年十三。 Later, when the Lu commander came to court, townsfolk who knew her recognized her; Yu met the commander and brought her home in joy—she was thirteen.

妃長兄瑀，以左贊善大夫致仕，仲兄元之、季兄自明，皆累歷郡守。 Her eldest brother Yu had retired as Left Supporter of the Heir Apparent; her second brother Yuanzhi and youngest brother Ziming had each served repeatedly as prefect.

居五六年，妃家悲思，其兄瑀求之人間，莫知所在。 Five or six years passed. Her family mourned and missed her; her elder brother Yu searched the world for her, but no one knew where she was.

潞將仕於京師，遇瑀，欣然歸之，時年十三。 The Luzhou commander was on duty in the capital when he met Yu and gladly gave her back; she was thirteen by then.

瑀以嫁里人劉進超，進超亦仕晉為內職。 Yu married her to a local man, Liu Jinchao, who also held an inner-court post under Jin.

妃兄三人：瑀官至太子右贊善大夫，玄之、自明皆至刺史。 She had three brothers: Yu rose to Right Supporter of the Heir Apparent in the Eastern Palace; Xuanzhi and Ziming both became regional inspectors.
