德椿十月甲寅遷。麟書理藩院左侍郎。十一月乙未遷。桂全理藩院左侍郎。 On the jiayin day of the tenth month, Dechun was transferred. Linshu: Left Vice Minister of the Court of Colonial Affairs. On the yiwei day of the eleventh month, was transferred. Guiquan: Left Vice Minister of the Court of Colonial Affairs.
