癸卯，詔以敕牒二十道、鈔五萬錠，給付淮南行省平章政事達識帖睦邇，於淮南、淮北等處召募壯丁，並總領漢軍、蒙古守禦淮安。 On the guimao day, an edict granted twenty appointment patents and fifty thousand ingots of paper currency to Dash Temür, chief minister of the Huainan branch secretariat, to recruit able-bodied men in Huainan, Huaibei, and other regions and to take overall command of Han and Mongol troops defending Huai'an.
