時同謫者十三人，圖雲、允符、成麃、璿皆死於塞外，而給事中劉堂，御史柴謙、吳鎬、程鑣續以言事謫，同時釋還，仍為十三人，世稱「十三言官」。 Thirteen were banished together. Tuyun, Yunfu, Chengbiao, and Xuan all died beyond the passes. Supervising Secretary Liu Tang and Censors Chai Qian, Wu Hao, and Cheng Biao were later banished for remonstrance. When released together they were still thirteen, and the age called them the "Thirteen Speaking Officials."
