歷至孝文即位，將軍陳武等議曰：「南越、朝鮮自全秦時內屬為臣子，後且擁兵阻阸，選蠕觀望。 By the time Emperor Wen ascended the throne, General Chen Wu and others deliberated, saying, "Nanyue and Joseon had been subjects within the realm since the unified Qin. Later, they held troops, blocked the passes, and lingered in hesitation, watching from the sidelines.
