擒賊首陳勝，又平上林、遷江竄匪，設方略解散匪黨凡數十起。 He captured the rebel leader Chen Sheng, pacified insurgents who had fled to Shanglin and Qianjiang, and by strategic measures dissolved several dozen rebel groups.
