其資序未合，德行可取者二人，則致仕副使曹時中、布衣劉閔是也。 Of those whose rank and seniority do not yet qualify but whose conduct is worthy, there are two men: retired Vice Commissioner Cao Shizhong and the commoner Liu Min.

臣謂可禮致時中為宮僚，閔以布衣入侍，必能涵育薰陶，裨益睿質。」 I submit that Cao Shizhong may be invited by ritual to serve as a palace aide, and that Min may enter attendance as a commoner—they will surely nurture and refine the heir, benefiting his sagely character."
