以河南行省平章政事泰不花為本省左丞相，中書平章政事月闊察兒加太尉，集賢大學士雪雪知樞密院事，一同總兵，總領諸處征進軍馬，並在軍諸王、駙馬、省、院、臺官及大小出軍官員，其滅裏、卜亦失你山、哈八兒禿、哈怯來等拔都兒、雲都赤、禿兒怯裏兀、孛可、西番軍人、各愛馬朵憐赤、高麗、回回民義丁壯等軍人，並聽總兵官節制。
Taibuhua, chief minister of the Henan branch secretariat, was appointed left chief minister of that province; Yuekuo Cha'er, chief minister of the Secretariat, was made grand marshal; Xuexue, grand academician of the Hall of Gathered Worthies, was made director of the Bureau of Military Affairs. Together they took overall military command and led expeditionary forces everywhere, including princes, imperial sons-in-law, provincial, bureau, and censorate officials, and all officers great and small on campaign, as well as badur guards, yunduchi, and others, Mieli, Buyishini, Haba'ertu, Haqilai, Tuerqiliwu, Boke, Tibetan troops, beloved-horse guards, Goryeo and Muslim righteous militia, and all others — all were to obey the overall commander's orders.
