以江浙行省參知政事阿兒溫沙升本省右丞，浙東宣慰使恩寧普為江浙行省參知政事，皆總兵討方國珍。 Aliwensha, vice chief minister of the Jiangzhe branch secretariat, was promoted to right vice director of that province, and Eningpu, pacification commissioner of eastern Zhe, was appointed vice chief minister of the Jiangzhe branch secretariat; all were given overall military command to attack Fang Guozhen.
